Terms of Service
I. General Info & Payment
♥ All listed prices are subject to change.♥ Payment will be made through VGen ONLY
(unless special arrangements are made).♥ Full payment through their secure platform is required before starting work.
♥ Extra fees may be charged based on the level of detail, additional character count, or background complexity. Add on price estimations vary from service to service. This will be discussed as part of the initial planning stages.♥ I retain the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
II. Communication & Revisions
♥ I love sending WIP (work in progress) images, and will often stay in regular contact with the client throughout the commission process, either through Discord (preferred for MY quicker response time) or Vgen DMs.♥ Don't be afraid of getting in contact for questions or an update/WIP screenshot.♥ Once the lineart stage of the piece is complete as per the client's agreement, revisions are subject to a fee. So the client should make sure they are content with the lines before signaling that we can move forward to color.
III. Deadlines & Delivery
♥ Commissions are completed on a first come first serve basis.♥ If the commission is first in the queue, planning and sketchwork often begins as soon as the invoice has been paid, as per the agreement.♥ Turnaround time will depend on the piece's place in the queue, and on its complexity.♥ As a creative, I flourish when given ample time to complete my work, so I prefer my deadlines lax. So 3-4 weeks is an ideal timespan.♥ Once finished, the full resolution image may be sent either in .jpeg or .png, with an optional timelapse if one is preferred.
IV. Usage of Artworks
♥ All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. (see https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ for more details)♥ Commercial use commissions will have additional charges and are subject to negotiation. Unless commercial discussions are had, the works sold are not permitted to be resold in any way. No prints, merchandise, advertisements or are permitted without a discussion of commercial use.♥ I retain the IP of any artwork created, and have the right to use it for promotional reasons, like for posting on social media or as portfolio entries.♥ My work is not permitted for use in the creation or sales of NFTs, or in the training of generative AI software.
V. Refunds
♥ Refunds are not permitted unless I am unable to complete the commission.♥ If the above is true and the commission was not yet started, I can refund it in full. If work was already done on the piece, a partial refund is acceptable.
