Terms of Service
I. Commission Process
▪️As the Artist, I have the right to decline the commission for any reason (though it is rare that I turn a request down).
▪️To request a commission, fill out the details under "Request."
▪️ I will offer a quotation based on the provided details and contact you ASAP.
▪️Once the quote is agreed on by both parties, an invoice will be written up.
▪️ Commission work will begin as soon as the invoice has been paid as per the agreement.
▪️ Turnaround time will depend on the piece's place in the queue and on its complexity.
▪️I love sending WIPs, and will stay in regular contact through Discord (or email, social media dms, or other contact as requested).
▪️ Commissioned works will be sent through Discord or Email (as PNG, JPEG, or other formats if requested).
II. Payment
▪️Payment will be made through PayPal (USD Only).
▪️Full payment is required before starting work (unless the piece is above 200 USD).
▪️If the piece is 200 USD or above,
a deposit of at least 50% is required before starting. The remaining payment will be paid at either the mid point of the work or before the final piece is sent out. This will be discussed before the first invoice is written up.
▪️ No refunds unless I, for some reason, cannot finish the art. (This will probably never happen, to be honest.)
III. Rights and Usage of Works by Me
▪️Unless otherwise stated, client work I make is Personal Use Only. Commercial use agreements can be made, and may be subject to an additional cost.
▪️I maintain the right to display client work within my portfolio and social media accounts, and for promotional purposes if needed.
▪️If you are wary of me posting your commissioned art publicly, please let me know. No worries.
▪️Under no circumstances will my artwork (Commissioned or otherwise) be used for AI training purposes. AI usage involving my art is prohibited.
